Sunday, May 22, we left Hollywood and drove to St. Augustine Fla. Long day on the road and we hit some heavy rains, stopped at a Florida State Park and camped. We could only get one night so we headed to Georgia on Monday the 23rd. After driving so long on Sunday and hitting more rain we pulled over in a rest stop around 430 pm outside of Valdosta Ga. We were able to get an end space so we could open both slide outs and we were set. When we got up the lot was full with truckers and campers. Glad we got in early. Tuesday we drove the rest of our trip to Norcross Georgia. We were staying there so we could go to the Braves game on Wed. night. We saw the Braves in Miami on Saturday so this was quite the treat. They played the Phillies T,W, & TH nights. This is a new stadium that was built in Cobb County. It is amazingly well done, tons of eateries and bars around the outside of the stadium. It is a village within itself. The rain put a damper on a few things but it stopped about 1 hour before the game was suppose to start. It was a great game and they have a beautiful facility. S & J
