Oklahoma National Stockyards
We spent Friday here and scoped all things around. Went into some amazing western shops, the craftsmanship on the furniture making was amazing. We went all around and this is where they have the largest stocker and feeder market . They take cattle 7 days a week and sell on Continue Reading
Mickey Mantle
This is across from the baseball stadium in downtown. They have a minor league team with the PCL and the triple A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Really nice area. Enjoyed the walk about.. S/J
Toby Keith
This is a honky tonk bar/grill started and owned by Toby. We did not go inside cause we were on the boat but it was a really nice structure on the canal. Tour guide said the food was phenomenal. S/J
Bronze Horses
In total (45) horses along the canal. It is a replica of the 1889 land run in Oklahoma. Only five women were in the run. They were on a race to tag the land they wanted. They did an amazing job with these statues . The guy in the front Continue Reading

We started our day at the National Cowboy and Western History Museum on Thursday. This is one of many bronze statues within the building.
