Baseball Hall of Fame

What a great place this was! James and I ventured over to Cooperstown (amazing place) and checked out the Hall of Fame. They had just reopened this place a few days ago so we were lucky to get in while in the area. All kids and adults who love Baseball should go here, I’m just saying!! A funny story to share, actually quite awesome. So when we were at Otter Creek in Vermont before coming into New York, I was in the RV and James was on the driving range. We walk back inside to the fun center about the same time and Patti (owner) says you got a phone call. I’m thinking , wtf.. Anyway, my friends The Schnabel’s had just read my post from there and she called and ordered James and I a beer for us to have when we came back into the bar. Now that was awesome. Quick on her feet to find a phone number for that place from my blog posting!! So thank you Dan and Miriam for the refreshing beverage!!

Now we drove to Finger Lakes yesterday. Our first drive since leaving NC in rain. It poured. We have been so lucky with the weather, but it is hot as hell.

We are staying at Camp Elmbois, about 1 mile above Lake Keuka. You pronounce it Q KA. Pretty swift!! Anyway we will explore the area today, passed 75 wineries yesterday on the 9 mile stretch to the grocery store so we will be busy today!!! And careful. This place is gorgeous and can’t wait to pack it all in. Until my next post (tonight) with pictures, be groovy!

Stay safe, we are!!

Hugs
