This was on the other side of the big sand dune we climbed. It was so windy and chilly. You just do not see people swimming in the Pacific like you do in the Atlantic. It is a hoot! A couple of young boys were sand boarding down the dunes. You know like our kids snow boarded down the ski slopes, this was down the sand dunes. Kids in swim suits and socks!!
It was a lovely day and nice to get out of the RV.
We slept on the street out in front of this repair shop. Not much sleep for me. Tonight we can stay inside his fence so I will feel safer I guess. We are waiting on some parts for him to finish the repairs. The oil for the wheel bearings leaked onto the brake shoes, so the front brakes have to be replaced. He did get the front and back stabilizers on and 4 new shocks. And I am sure some of you are saying…..didn’t you get shocks in South Bend? Yes we did and Mr. Jim here says they were shit! Other parts will be put on tomorrow when they arrive. Driving Sunday we noticed the smell of brakes burning, anyway hopefully we will only be here until tomorrow. We will keep you posted.
RV life. Living the dream!! No complaints from me!
Be groovy….
