We headed over to Mexico on Wednesday morning about 630. Border opens at 6am, when we got there it was just opening. Dummy me wasn’t thinking about yet another time change 8 miles down the road. Anyway they are one hour behind Yuma so things were slowly opening as we walked through the border. Lots of cars in line to go out but mostly the Americans park just before the entrance for 6 bucks and walk over. Kind of cool, we have only been into Mexico via a cruise ship like in Cozumel and Cancun!! The street hagglers are as bad here as there no doubt about that. And litterally we passed 400 dentists. You read about that when you get to Yuma and you see it on tv here.They actually call it Molar City. They have people out asking, you need a dentist, eye doctor, best price here!!!! The lady I work for in the kitchen told James of a dentist she goes to and as we were walking around we found it and he decided to have a teeth cleaning. They did a nice job and it was 25. It was a fun day, didn’t stay too long. The border closes at 2 pm and we heard the lines can be long and if you are not through the border by 2 you spend the night. I knew I wasn’t doing that.
