Woohoo we made it to Medford on Saturday. Had a great drive over from Redmond. Rode through some awesome National Forests. You just go for miles within the woods. We followed partly the Rogue River the closer we got to Medford. It was packed with kayakers and floaters. Lots of people camping in the woods. A wonderful sight!!
We have our RV parked in one of the fields at Carson’s hemp farm where he keeps his van parked. Have an empty field in front of us and the plant field behind us. It is like 100 acres where he is and they have added several buildings since last year when I was here. Behind this picture is one vineyard. Can’t see it in this picture but it is really beautiful. We will have a wine day and get pictures. Tons of vineyards in this area. The other side of the farm is a HUGE warehouse/shipping building that is Harry and David. If you do not know who that is, well they are the big shipping company that sends fruits to people around the holidays in really nice boxes for a large price!!! They are big out here in the home base of Medford. The hemp farm is surrounded by pear and apple trees as is one of the other farms too. So basically riding around in this area you see a very large population of fruit trees, vineyards, and hemp farms.
We are looking forward to a nice visit with Carson.And it
is so great to see him and we are grateful that he made it back from Nepal in one healthy and happy piece!!
