Sparwood BC
This town is also known for its mining. Here on the HWY 3 sits the largest tandem-axel dump truck in the world. It is a 1974 Terex Titan that 2 greyhound buses and 2 pickups can fit into the box!! It was pretty cool to see. General Motors of Canada Continue Reading
The Frank Slide

So pretty!! We watched a lady snap together 2 kayaks and her and her grandma got in them and paddled away!! Not sure I would do it but to each its own!!! S/J

This was a beautiful lake. The road had been closed for about a month because of washed out trails, etc. Opened today, CANADA DAY!!! Anyway we had a nice ride up and the lake was being enjoyed by many kayakers and paddle boarders. Have a great day and a grand Continue Reading
