This was a great sight. Elevation over 6k feet. It was massive. Big Bend has an abundance of plants just like the deserts in Az. The one plant I love to see in the desert is the Ocotillo. I think I have it spelled right. Anyway learning yesterday that it really isn’t a cacti but in a plant party of its own. They have these beautiful orange flowers and from a distance they look like butterflies on the tips of the plant. I will post a picture at some point. Be mindful!! S& J
