Took off with some friends yesterday in the desert. They have a side by side and they had several going out for the day so we were lucky enough to go with them. We cruised around the washes, went through what they call the squeeze. They are slot canyons. It was so cool, We saw smoke while out and went over to check it out. Four people were in the brush cooking what looked like chicken on a raised grill grate on the desert floor. We were looking for a man that was with us but he went one way on the wash, therefore we did not come out at the same point. We finally found him or I should say he found us. We were parked at the Valley of Names, waiting on him.
It was a fun day, hot as ever, we had tons of water and when we returned we were very dusty!!!
