This is what our ferry looked like. This one passed us on our way in to the other side. They have 6 ferries that run 24 hours. It supposedly takes 2 hours off the trip because you do not have to ride all the way back to Houston (thank god) to get to Hwy. 10. Hell on the way in we were stopped on the hwy outside of Houston for 45 minutes because of traffic so I would bet it saves more than 2 hours!!! You gotta love a ferry. Reminded us of the ones we took when in the OBX before we ever left NC. Have a great day! S & J
