We are in Colorado Springs. This is our last big stop in Colorado before we head on to our summer travels. Next stop Nebraska!!! We arrived on Sunday, set things up and kind of took it easy. We had a nice ride from Alamosa, however the roads have some serious pot holes that in my mind if you hit them just right you would get a blown tire, especially in a camper. We made it and we have a beautiful view. We are looking straight at Pikes Peak, snow covered and today we are taking the train tour to the top. Pictures will follow!! We took the drive through Garden of the Gods yesterday morning. It was beautiful. Took one of the paths to a field where we saw 9 big horn sheep. So cool. Then we went and played a round of golf.
