They have a lovely statue of Hank on the lower deck . Great story about him, James was watching the game when he was younger when Hank hit HR number 715 and broke the record. The Braves did a great job with this area of the ball park. Years ago we had been to a game at Turner Field, and by far this had lots of thought and pride put into the building of this new park.
So now it is Thursday morning and we are leaving to head to NC. We have a 4 hour drive that will most likely turn into a six hour trip. Our plan was to stop in SC and see Grandma. We have driven 5856 miles since April 4 when we left Yuma. We are 187 miles from Grandma and we can’t see her. Covid outbreak in her household. I am sad about this but I certainly don’t want it and I can only hope she does not come down with it. She is 97. What luck we have, it is what it is. Get better Grandma!!
