We made it to Alabama on Saturday.Quick ride from where we were in Mississippi!! Went over the gulf, saw a Carnival Cruise ship at port, went under the water in a tunnel and drove upon a Buckee’s that we didn’t get to stop in while going through Texas for 30 Continue Reading

Thursday night we caught a baseball game in Biloxi, Ms. It is right on the boardwalk in front of several casinos and of course the gulf is just behind those. Sad to see few people in the stands, we got a ticket to get in (cheap) and just sat where Continue Reading

We trekked over to Biloxi yesterday to ride bikes along the shore line and this lighthouse is in the middle of a four lane highway. (only one) It was built in 1848 and became automated in 1941 , it is adjacent to the Mississippi sound on the Gulf of Mexico. Continue Reading
