Look at these lovely grapes. I picked them from Nettie’s back yard in Boise and they are so yummy. I filled this bowl up before we left her house on Saturday. So we drove for about four hours and stopped in Pendleton Oregon and parked in a travel/gas/casino resort parking Continue Reading
Nettie and Susan
This is Nettie from Boise. We stopped here for several days on our way to Washington. This was the best Mexican eatery I have had. We went to lunch here on Thursday and here I am letting a friend do yet another selfie! Not my thing but anything for Nettie!!! Continue Reading
Rose Garden
Have spent the past 3 days in Boise with our friends from Yuma and yesterday we went to art in the park downtown and they have the most amazing rose garden in the middle of this park. It had rained on us hence the water on the petals, but this Continue Reading
Center of the Universe
So while in Wallace we decided to stop and take a picture while riding bikes. This manhole is in the middle of the street downtown and it says it is the “center of the Universe”. All people stop and take pictures. Whether it truly is or not is beyond me. Continue Reading
Ski Mountain
Just a hand full of trails in this photo. They have more to the left and right. Crazy big and must be a sight in the snow!!! The zigzags are bike trails, and they are all over too!! S & J
Bikes

Section of Hiawatha
Just a small sample of our ride on the trail. So much evergreen. It is breath taking. And you have the beauty of the mountains all around. It was a great day in the forest. S & J
Hiawatha Tunnel
Wednesday we road bikes on the Hiawatha Trail system. It is on the Montana/Idaho border and quite interesting and very beautiful. This was the first tunnel out of 10 that we went through. 1.66 miles long, dark, cold, and spooky. It is on the rails to trails hall of fame. Continue Reading
Surry
This is a shot from the inside. They were open when we got back to town yesterday. Only difference with the one I had is the cover on the roof. Ours was red and white. So cool to see. The owners said it was left their by previous owners. Have Continue Reading
