On our travels to Bend from Grants Pass we drove on some awesome highways. This is on 138 in the Deschutes National Forest. The snow on the ground was scraped to the edge. Not sure how much they had this year in this area but it was pretty sweet. The Continue Reading

This was our walk through the woods amongst the redwoods. So peaceful and amazing to be within these huge trees. They had a pretty nice trail set up and we saw many trees that had fallen over as well. Lots of clean up work to be done by the park Continue Reading

Took a scenic road that turned to gravel and we came to this spot that had a sign…”Yurok ceremonial grounds, please respect it”,Yurok Indian Tribe was within the Klamath River and this spot we found had all kinds of buildings (old) where you could tell they practiced the beliefs. This was our view for most of yesterday driving 101 N. They are doing some serious road repair on this highway, mainly two bridges, today we get to take the RV that way heading to Bend. The Pacific Coast is pretty, were hoping to see some whales, only seals!!! Happy Continue Reading
