While we were in Utah I made a large pot of homemade pasta sauce. Since we could not eat all of it I froze leftovers to bring home. So on Sunday morning I called my RV neighbor and told her to let a few of our regulars know that I was supplying Lasagna Monday night and to round up the salad and garlic bread. We used Peg and John’s oven at their RV (reason to follow) and this is out in front of the rig. It was such a beautiful night and the sky was awesome.
Now before we left for Utah I had a casserole in my dutch oven in our convection/microwave oven. James went in to cook for a few more minutes but I do believe he put it on microwave instead of convection. I heard this beep, beep,beep so I went inside and our entire RV was full of smoke and the beep was our smoke alarm!! Fire,fire,fire she was saying..LOL Anyway he did put it on microwave and it caught the knob on the lid on fire etc. I was not sure if the smell was gone or if it worked when we got back from Utah so we just set the dinner up to be at Peg and John’s patio!!
All was great and it didn’t matter where we cooked it!!

Glad the only thing lost was knob on the lid. On another note, I realized using my phone to follow you, the “leave a reply” was not displaying. Aha, but on my laptop it does. So glad I figured it out. Stay safe and keep on posting. Hugs and peace
