Pizza Wood Fire Oven

The small square on the left is the beginning of the newest construction job James has started!! It is on the corner of our patio at our site. I will post another picture from what he got done yesterday. The building on the right is a Park Model, but not ours. Ours is still not here so we are hanging in the 5th wheel which is just fine, we have plenty of room. We have been here since the 29th and man is it great to be back. I have ridden my bike 64 miles here in the park and have certainly enjoyed the pool. Sun is still baking!! The park actually opens on the 15th but several people are coming in. It’s nice to start seeing familiar faces and see the smiles! Kitchen opens Nov. 1 so that is when I actually start my job, I have been in the kitchen a few days helping the kitchen manager (Marsha) get things out and about to get started. She was able to get a couple of deep fryers over the summer so we cleaned those up really well. That will be exciting to cook multiple orders of fish and chips at one time.among other things. It will be a wonderful season. Now this is a funny story. One of the ladies that I will work with again this season was fortunate enough to work at Yellowstone all summer. Her and her husband got back and we met up yesterday and she was sharing stories. One of them was a couple that came into the store where she worked and said, “ok we are here in Yellowstone, when do they let the animals out”? How stupid are people. I said how did you not bust out laughing? She said sometimes she would roll her eyes and thought sometimes they wouldn’t come back from the back of her head!! As many hours that they worked, at least she had some humor days. Get ready for more pizza oven pictures!! Have a great day and if you get to a NP remember that the animals are already in the park!!
