This was constructed in 1926-1927. You can google and get the history if you are interested. It is absolutely beautiful and it reminded of the huge hotel in Many Glacier which is on the east side of Glacier NP. The bar staff , one was from Ireland, the other not sure but he wore the traditional Scottish plaid skirt, tie, and knee socks. It was an interesting day. They have someone each night at 8pm tell the history and tour of this hotel. We will go one night before we leave. Have a great day!! S/J
