We went back to the Column in Astoria last night and I got a shot of the mountain on the back side. It is called Saddle Mountain. Such a pretty sight and a great view. It overlooks the back side of The Column in Astoria.
Today James and I walked 18 holes of golf in Ilwaco Washington. This is a small town on the other side of the Columbia River from Astoria. Great little course. James shot a 78 and I shot 85. Woohoo!! I guess really it is in Long Beach Washington. We went over to the beach after golf and watched the kite flyers and the idiots get vehicles stuck in the sand!! Going back tomorrow with our kite and bikes!!!
