When we crossed the border we came straight to our camp spot in Anacortes. We drove to the ferry terminal the next day and took our bikes off the truck and boarded the ferry on the bikes. First we went to Orcas Island then hopped on another ferry and took it to San Juan. Here we rode around a bit and then went to a spot on the hill and had the best grilled oysters and clam chowder I have ever had. The oysters were huge and the taste is way different then east coast oysters. What a treat!!! Thought about you Shelley and Jeff!!!! S/J
