We drove here from Oregon coast and spent the night. It was in Ukiah California. Two other campers were pulled in the lot. Had a glass of wine and then relaxed the rest of the evening. This was on our way to Napa. We had a lovely drive through wine country. I have never seen so many grapes, and man are they proud of the crops. We ended up staying at the Expo campground in downtown Napa, not too far from the Oxbow Market place. That was a cool typical California place. EVERYTHING was so expensive. We rode our bikes to town to scramble around. Went into a bar/eatery to have a glass of wine. 18 bucks for 5oz. Needless to say Susan and James did not stay for another. We rode over to the wine train station to check that out. Bought 10 post cards and that was it.LOL They wanted 299.00 pp to ride the train, stop at 3 wineries and this did not include the wine tastings at the wineries you stop at. I was very disappointed with this travel plan. We made the most of it, still had fun and met some incredible people and some crazy Californians!!!! Many places were not open for tastings and if they were you had to have an appointment. We left Napa early Friday morning, drove 7 hours and landed in a truck stop off of I-5 in California. We were 125 miles south of Vegas. So here we are in Vegas at a very large RV resort for 2 nights then we will head to Pahrump for legal vehicle crap. We are working our way back to Yuma!!! WooHoo!! All of you have a wonderful weekend and week. Most likely won’t be back on until M or T!! Back in the heat, missing the coolness of Mt.!!!
