This is also Dead Horse State Park again and if you look below you see a dirt road throughout and about. Well to the right is the Colorado River and it forms into a horseshoe. This dirt road , James and I took our truck on Wednesday and it took us 4 hours to go 18 miles. It was a white knuckle experience for me, just really bouncy and edgy, no pun intended. A few more pictures you will see a lot of what we saw on this dirt expedition. From the top here it looks like a really smooth nice dirt road. Not at all!!! I was so relieved to get to Potash Rd. (paved) when we did. The storms were moving in and we did not want to be down there with that. Lots of washes and cliffs. But at least now I can say we did it!!! As we followed this road, we passed many jeeps, trucks, SUV’s, so it gets a lot of activity. A beautiful ride! I can say this is the craziest thing we did this summer within our travels!! S & J
