Visitor Center

We drove to this yesterday in search of bike trails and park information. This is at the Az./Cali. line and on the Colorado River. They have many miles of trails that follow the Colorado River. Was actually water in it, lol. Anyway they have the Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park and the Yuma downtown areas (historic). so we will be able to have a full day on Sunday and get our where about’s . Looking forward to the bike trails. Also will be able to get some good pictures I hope.

I am working on my pictures not coming out blurry. Will be an act in progress. Hopefully I can get it figured out. I have kitchen duty today so I am looking forward to that.

James found a few lakes he can fish in. We got our activity schedule yesterday. The resort has a standing 10am T time on Mondays for the men. Hopefully he will join in on that. He has been. modifying electrical things for the RV. He ran a line under compartments to have a 30 amp plug in inside the RV for our fan and charging station. This keeps less use on the inverter. Also ran a phone line for our plug in internet box we get here at the resort. Becoming like a real house!!!!

I hope each of you have great weekend. Stay safe and healthy!!

  1. Glad you are getting settled. Sounds like you have everything figured out. Pretty nice to have an electrician for a hubby! Have fun and hope to talk to you soon

  2. All sounds good. I’d like to see pics of your parking space and surroundings (your neighborhood ) for the winter. And the place that you will be working in.
Your vehicle will be the best in town when James gets finished his “fixings’”. Your reports put a big smile on my face😀
    Hugs.
