On Thursday we drove over to Westport to see the boats and walk the boardwalk. It was very pretty and a very cool weather day. We watched boats come in with the catch and this particular boat was on the end and the guy in the orange was steady filleting fish. They had caught sea bass and salmon. I have never seen anyone fillet a fish like this. I was impressed!!! But yet this is what they do for a living. S/J
