We arrive in Mississippi on Monday afternoon, very short drive from where we were in New Orleans, stopped at a laundry facility to do clothes and then we headed to Sheppards State Park where we are camping until Saturday. Nice big sites, huge shower house with water pressure, (it’s the little things) and we are actually in the woods camping again. Feel like I am in Davidson River in NC mountains!! We are on some bed of water but not sure which one. They only have 28 sites and it is only 13 a night. Can’t beat that one!! And the b best part, we can build a fire, haven’t had a fire since Glacier last summer. I say if you have not been in the woods in a while take a walk and enjoy. The green trees, the wildlife, amazing and this is what we taught our kids growing up. Have a good one. S & J
