A short story and picture to let everyone know that our youngest son Carson is finally coming home. In fact at this moment he is sitting in an airport in India awaiting his next departure. He left Kathmandu this afternoon and his next flight will take him to Dallas Texas. He gets in too late Sunday to catch a flight to Portland so he is boarding one Monday morning. He will be back in Oregon on Monday. I am so excited this is happening and he is ready to get back home too. He went Feb 23rd and has been stranded since his first return flight of May 8 got cancelled on March 22. So almost 3 months stranded and on lockdown. He is a trooper . The picture below is of the family that owns the hotel he stayed at and friends that he met. This is his send off dinner the night before. They all will miss each other and Carson made lifetime friendships.
