This was the end of our park adventure. We also visited Kings Canyon NP. A big portion was closed due to weather this winter. We got stuck in 2 road stops where the workers were repairing washed out roads. Crazy to look down. We are at the end of our summer journey. Heading to Yuma. Should be in Az. by the weekend or so. Will take pictures along the route and if we come up on anything interesting we will stop!!! We may go to Palm Springs if they don’t get washed out. Have a great rest of your summer!!! S/J

Love the Sequoias! It’s amazing how long they’ve survived in spite of all we humans and Mother Nature put them through. Safe travels back to Yuma and have a great end of summer. Hopefully, the 110 degree weather is over in AZ!
