Morning to anyone who is reading!!! This picture was taken on our way back to Yuma. This is just into the Nevada /California border and we were having a few rain storms as we were trying to get ahead of Hillary. The desert looks really strange when it is getting pounded by water. So dry the water just travels over it, takes quite a bit of time for it to soak in.
We made it back to Yuma after a 3 day stop in Boulder City Nevada. Nice town and close to Vegas. Now that we have arrived we have clean up and unpacking to do. Most the stuff is done now but then we had another wind and rain storm yesterday so all the work we did on our porch will have to be redone!!! Nothing but time!!! I have my first knee replacement on 9/12. So ready. Hope everyone has had a great summer. Ours was quite good. Canada and the PNW!!! Be groovy!!! S/J

And now with latest storm and The burning man festival, what a pickle they were, are in but maybe most were prepared….and mgt was good?
